Lee Physician Group (LPG) is a distinguished team comprising highly skilled doctors, nurses, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, all dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of the Southwest Florida community. We currently have over 100 practices across 3 counties.

Primary Care: Tailoring comprehensive healthcare plans for the community.
Convenient Care: Providing non-emergency medical assistance at four convenient locations.
Specialty Care: Offering a wide range of specialties, including heart health, orthopedics, pain management, gynecology, neurology, behavioral health, ENT, and more.
Occupational Health: Our occupational health experts provide screenings, risk assessments, exams, on-site clinics, and wellness programs.
Behavioral Health: Leading with compassion, our mental health experts help identify the cause of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, etc., and provide open-minded treatment that improves our patients' quality of life.

Skilled Nursing

We have 3 locations that offer Skilled Nursing.

Gulf Coast Medical Center - Skilled Nursing Unit, is a 75 private-bed unit rehabilitation facility near Gulf Coast Medical Center. Our unique care team approach allows our exceptional staff to focus on giving patients the right care in the right setting.

HealthPark Care Center is a 112-bed skilled nursing facility, combining the latest rehabilitative treatments with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Lee Memorial Hospital - Skilled Nursing Unit, is an 18-bed unit on the third floor of the hospital where we offer compassionate care to help get patients home as quickly as possible.

Hospital at Home

Lee Health’s Hospital at Home program is now available at all four of our Adult Hospitals! This service brings hospital-level care to eligible patients at home, including daily visits, remote monitoring, and treatments. It helps patients recover comfortably while reducing hospital-related risks. The program reflects Lee Health’s commitment to innovative, patient-centered care in Southwest Florida.

Ambulatory Surgery

We currently have 4 Outpatient Surgery Centers in Fort Myers, one of which is dedicated to Urology. We just broke ground on our new Pediatric Surgery Center as well! Our surgery centers are equipped with advanced technology, making them an ideal option for many procedures that once required hospitalization.

Cancer Centers

The Lee Health Cancer Institute is serving Southwest Florida's patients and provides access to cancer specific services and treatments. Lee Health has Cancer Care available at the Regional Cancer Center in Fort Myers and Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Cancer Center Clinic in Bonita. We have specialty practices for Hematology/Oncology, Urology Oncology, and Comprehensive Breast Oncology.
